There are three admission levels in the School

• Pre School
• Class up to Xth other than Pre School
• Class XI

The entry class to the school is Pre School having 368 seats.

Process of Admission to Pre School, commences this year in the month of October for children who are 3+ years in age as on 1st April,2011.

Notification regarding registration has appeared in the Hindustan Times dated 1st January'11 . It has been displayed on the Notice Board at the School Reception Counter.

Application forms are available online only from 1st January'11 to 15th January'11.

Last date of submitting the forms complete in all respects at the school reception is 15th January'10.

• Recent passport size colour photograph, duly pasted on specified place marked on the admission form.
• Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate.
• Attested photocopy of Ration Card / Election ID Card / Passport (Proof of Residence).
• Proof of Old Student of BBPS - photocopy of Class XII SLC / X SLC (Minimum of 5 years of stay in BBPS, GR).
• Proof of Old Parent of BBPS - photocopy of the latest fee slip of the elder sibling in BBPS (GR).

Selection Of Children

• Children of Old parent and Alumni are given weightage.
• Children from neighbourhood are given weightage.
• Girl Child is given additional weightage.
• First Born Child of the parent is given weightage.
• Seats are reserved for EWS (economically weaker section ) as per rules.
  

Subject to availability of seats admission to other classes will be decided on the basis of merit (written tests) in the first week of April of the academic session.

Cut off percentage is fixed by Principal (usually higher than set for the internal students).

 
INTERNAL:

Students of class Xth are evaluated on the basis of their performance i.e., Unit Tests, Half Yearly Examinations and Pre-Board Examinations and streams are offered on the basis of merit and availability of seats in class XIth. Session for class XIth commences alongwith other classes and not after class Xth result. The admission of students in the streams of their choice is purely on the basis of merit and is provisional subject to change after the Board Exam Result if the student does not fall in merit.

EXTERNAL:

External admissions for class XIth are taken after class Xth Board Exam Result on basis of merit and availability of seats
