25% seats are reserved for EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) as per rules.
Eligible candidates for EWS may apply on forms available at the school counter.
As per the schedule given by DoE registration for admission to pre school class for the session 2011-12 will remain open from 1st January'11 to 15th January'11.
The forms under EWS category can be collected from the school reception between 9:00 am to 11:30 am, on submission of proof of Income , issued by a Sub Divisional Magistrate of the area concerned.
The list of selected candidates for admission to Pre-School class will be put up on 28th January,2011 at 2:00 pm
CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM TO BE FILLED IN BY THE SELECTED STUDENTS:
1. Photocopy of Municipal Birth certificate of the child.
2. Photocopy of proof of Residence e.g. Ration Card / Electricity Bill / Passport / Voter I- Card/ House Tax Receipt in the name of either of the parent.
3. Recent passport size coloured photograph of the child to be affixed on the form.
4. Proof of the parent being an old student of BBPS, Ganga Ram Marg i.e. Photocopy of Class XII / X SLC with minimum of 5 years stay in the school.
5. Proof of sibling (real brother or sister only) studying in BBPS, GRH Marg / Pusa Road Campus i.e. photocopy of the latest fee receipt.
6. Certificate of proof of Income from Sub Divisional Magistrate of the area concerned (for EWS category only).
