Instructions for Online Registration 1. Read the Instructions given in the form carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection. 2. Only one form per child will be accepted. 3. In case of duplicacy registration will stand CANCELLED. 4. The registration for admission to pre school class for the session 2011-12 will remain open from 01st January,2011 to 15th January,2011. 5. Please fill in each field of the form in BLOCK LETTERS or simply select by clicking on the choices available. 6. Use the TAB key or mouse control to move from one field to another. 7. Kindly furnish the details of Cheque/DD towards Processing fee of Rs.100/-(NON REFUNDABLE) in the ONLINE FORM in the relevant column.
9. Take a print out of the form generated after submission and send it by post/ drop in the drop boxes at Pusa Road Campus latest by 17th January,2011 upto 1200 hours, along with the child's photograph, parent's signature and the cheque/ Demand Draft towards Processing fee of Rs.100/-, in favour of BAL BHARATI PUBLIC SCHOOL. No documents except photograph of the child is to be attached at present. 10. Please ensure that the Father's Name, Child's Name and the registration number are also mentioned at the back of the Cheque / DD. 11. Any Cheque/DD received after 1200 hours on 17th January,2011 will not be entertained. School will not be responsible for any loss of Cheque/DD sent by post. |
